Terrible place to try and find work... something came up on a background check from over 15 years ago and they turned around and threw me under the bus with the company I was trying to work for when that company has hired people with the same background as mine. It's supposed to only be a 7 year background check. Yet this company did whatever they wanted without knowing the facts and had me terminated from that company. Do not use their service!
A bunch of cowards who take advantage of people and treat them like dirt.
Applied for work they had posted on some job boards and got invited for a screening to go to next phase of process. When asked for ADA accomodations to be submitted with application, got denied. Requesting remote/hybrid/work from home for a company that was doing that during the pandemic is not creating a hardship on the company and is considered a reasonable request. Suggest looking elsewhere until they teach their staff about inclusivity for all.
I applied on ZipRecruiter for a state job in Nevada. This company half-way across the country in a different state apparently is the 3rd party company to correlate this job for me. They are a bunch of middle eastern men who bombarded me with phone calls, texts, and emails 2 weeks after going ghost on me. They barely speak English so the communication is terrible. I applied for direct deposit and here I am 3 weeks after starting and no paycheck. This is the worst 3rd party company I have ever had to go through. No professionalism at all.
Don’t expect anyone to lift a finger if you need any sort of help getting paid.
I have to say this is my first experience with a "recruiter" that said I like some of the others here was actually so skeptical at first because of the experience of the "onboarding"process. It seemed for awhile like it was some type of scam as some of the others said here when you talk to them on the phone it seems as though you are talking to a call center in India, then the process is so long you start to believe the job isn't for real.I did eventually get a job through them, and it so far is a great place to work and good pay, but...it's a nightmare to get paid on time there was no prior instructions on how to get your pay. I was 3+ weeks into the job punching a time clock everyday direct deposit filled out and complete well over 6 weeks in advance and still no pay. I then called the office to find out why and they THEN explained the whole time reporting system, which is ridiculous BTW . They've been late or had some excuse for being late paying me all but 3 times I think . I should also add whenever you call them to try to get an issue figured out good luck understanding anything they say,.. unless you are from India 🤷🙄
